How does English Rose ensure caregiver excellence?

English Rose has a highly selective process for choosing our home care professionals that include extensive screening, thorough background checks, and several rounds of in-person interviews. In fact, only 10% of caregiver applicants receive an offer to join English Rose and work with our treasured clients. Every new caregiver, regardless of prior experience, undergoes 24 hours of comprehensive training in English Rose’s propriety care techniques, safety, emergency support, and effective communication. Caregivers are supervised by the client’s dedicated English Rose Care Manager, an additional layer of accountability that is rare in homecare companies.

Can I use long term care insurance to pay for in-home care?

Long Term Care policies often cover in-home care, and many English Rose client’s use LTC insurance payment to pay for our in-home services.

Can English Rose provide in-home care for someone with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia?

English Rose has been caring for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Over the course of the last 25+ years, we have earned an international reputation for innovation and excellence in our approach to dementia care. Many of our home care clients experience some degree of normal cognitive decline consistent with aging. Some of our home care clients are living with dementia diagnosis yet are able to live in the comfort of their own home thanks to the care being provided by English Rose.
